Nathaniel r. orr, aia, ncarb
FOUNDER | MANAGING PARTNER
Born and reared in Pittsburgh, PA, Nathaniel Orr graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University school of Architecture & Urban Studies in 2006 (ranked #1 Undergraduate Architecture School in the nation in 2007 by Design Intelligence). In his 4th year of undergraduate studies, he was invited to be one of only 30 selected students from his class to participate in the Design Travel Program. During this opportunity, Nathaniel traveled and lived in 68 cities throughout Europe and South America, studying architecture, drawing, photography, and design.
Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, his love for the outdoors and fly-fishing drew him to Montana, where he accepted a position as an apprentice architect at a mid-sized architecture and engineering firm.
In 2009 he relocated back to Pittsburgh, PA after accepting a position at an award-winning architecture practice where he thrived as a lead designer and project manager in general commercial & hospitality projects.
During his 18 years of post-graduate experience as a designer, and eventually a Registered Architect and firm owner, Nathaniel has been a Lead Designer and Project Architect of multiple award-winning projects. His expertise includes hospitality & restaurant design, general commercial, high-end fashion retail, contemporary residential, and airport concession projects.

PROJECT ARCHITECT | PARTNER
After growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, Chris Bonadio set off for Ohio to study architecture at Kent State University. The college of Architecture & Environmental Design's rich history helped shape him into a well rounded architect studied in design, theory, practice management, and construction administration. Chris graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's and Master's degree of architecture.
During his 3rd year, he lived and studied abroad in Florence, Italy at the school's historic Palazzo dei Cerchi studio. During which, he was able to travel through Italy and western Europe.
After school, Chris moved back to Pittsburgh to start his professional career in his home town. He has worked at various firms as a designer and project manager, allowing him to develop his expertise as a multi-faceted architect capable of design, project management, and construction administration. In his time working in Pittsburgh, he is proud to have been a key contributor to a variety of projects built around the city.
Chris joined Sonder specializing in general commercial, retail, restaurant, multi-family housing, and residential design.
alejandra baca Herrera
PROJECT DESIGNER | REVIT MANAGER
Alejandra is an architect from Managua, Nicaragua. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2017, she spent five years working on residential projects in her hometown before relocating to Madrid in 2018. There, she freelanced for a range of studios across commercial, interior, and residential design.
At SONDER, Alejandra brings sharp production skills and design expertise to commercial and retail projects. She’s also an Autodesk Certified Professional and Certified Revit Instructor, with several years of teaching experience at top training centers and schools in Madrid.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find her at a live show, art exhibit, or out exploring the city with friends.
claudio augusto weber
PROJECT DESIGNER
Augusto is an architect from Entre Ríos, Argentina. He studied at the School of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism at the National University of the Littoral, where he began working with professionals and entering design competitions early in his academic career. Over the years, he built his professional path across several cities in Argentina, combining design work with teaching architectural history at the university level.
His passion for art and culture eventually brought him to Rosario—one of Argentina’s cultural hubs—where he worked as a designer and team coordinator on both local and international projects. He recently joined SONDER while continuing to work as a freelancer.
Augusto’s experience spans retail, residential, and consumer environments, including medium- and large-scale apartment buildings.
A devoted fan of fiction in all forms, you’ll find him at the movies, in the theater, or reading in the park when he’s not working.

Richard Gill, Partner of Lynx Financial Accounting Group, LLC plays a crucial role in driving the efficiency and long-term success of our firm.
